Counselling is my passion—I truly love it.
There was a time when I struggled to answer the question, "What are your hobbies?" I'd often respond with a hesitant, "Um, talking to people? Is that a hobby?" But as I reflected on this, I realised that connecting with others in meaningful conversations could be more than just a personal interest—it could be my profession.
So, what is it about counselling that I love so much?
First and foremost, it's about sitting with someone and listening to their story. It takes immense courage for someone to trust and open up, and I never take that trust for granted.

Creating a safe space where individuals feel comfortable sharing their struggles is a privilege I cherish. It's an honor to be entrusted with their vulnerabilities.
Witnessing people grow throughout their counselling journey is incredibly rewarding. Whether it's gaining new insights, trying out different strategies, or embracing change and challenges, the transformation I see is remarkable. Sometimes it happens in a single session, and other times, it takes multiple sessions. Regardless, being part of that growth process is truly remarkable.
If you've ever considered counselling, know that it would be my privilege to walk alongside you on your journey.
